How the Bexar Appraisal District takes the 100% disabled veteran homestead exemption and the partial exemption: online, by upload, mail, fax or in person, with a Texas licence at the property's address and a VA letter dated within two years. Its document list for a surviving spouse asks for a 100% combined rating, which leaves out the spouse of an unemployable veteran the statute covers.

Blount County's Trustee takes the state's disabled veteran property tax relief applications in Maryville, and describes the veteran relief as for certain service-connected totally and permanently disabled veterans, naming no route that needs no rating. The county adds no supplement of its own. The 2026 county rate is $1.29 per $100.
Permanent and total, as VA determines it. The state relief; Blount County adds no county supplement. The rating route in 67-5-704(b)(3) asks for service-connected permanent and total disability as determined by VA, which a veteran paid at the total rate through unemployability that VA has found permanent also holds. It is recorded rather than enforced because the paraplegia, blindness and loss-of-limbs route and the prisoner of war route need no rating at all.
Blue Earth County's Taxpayer Services takes the State's homestead market value exclusion for veterans rated 70% or more or totally and permanently disabled, their surviving spouses and primary family caregivers, on four separate applications; questions to 507-304-4251.

Its page still gives the old $1,320 cap and says every recipient must reapply each year; the cap is now $1,500, unemployability qualifies, and a permanent and total rating renews automatically.

100% permanent and total, special monthly compensation, or qualifying survivor. The county collector administers the State exemption under Ark. Code Ann. Section 26-3-306. The disability test is the State test, not a county one.
The Boone County Assessor applies the constitutional exemption for the homestead of a former prisoner of war with a total service-connected disability, which took effect thirty days after voters approved it in November 2010 without needing the legislature; it does not reach a 100% disabled veteran who was never a prisoner of war.
Former POW with a total service-connected disability. Only a former prisoner of war with a total (100%) service-connected disability qualifies; the rating filter tests the rating, not the POW status.
The Boone County Auditor, Debbie Crum (765-482-2940), at 201 Courthouse Square, Lebanon, takes the veteran property tax applications: the Totally Disabled Veteran deduction, the Veteran at least 62 with a Disability of 10% or more, and the 2026 credit registration the county's July 14, 2026 release announces - filed with the Auditor by January 15, 2027 on State Form 12662 for 2027 taxes.
A disability of 10 percent or more. The totally disabled veteran deduction needs the VA finding the State form certifies; the $250 and $350 credits and the 62-plus 10% deduction run on the statute’s tiers. File State Form 12662 with the Auditor by January 15, 2027.

A VA rating, a decoration, or a surviving relative. Clause 22 reaches a veteran rated 10 percent or more, a Purple Heart recipient, a Gold Star parent and the spouse or unmarried surviving spouse; 22A to 22E turn on named losses, decorations, a 100 percent rating or specially adapted housing. The rating filter does not hide this entry, because several routes need no rating.
Botetourt County’s Commissioner of the Revenue takes the statewide home exemption for a veteran rated 100% service-connected, permanent, and total, on the dwelling and up to two acres, because the county’s own elderly and disabled relief reaches two acres. No application form or documentation list is posted.
100% permanent and total. Botetourt County applies the statewide exemption to the dwelling and up to two acres by section 58.1-3219.5(C). It does not add an income test. One path is a VA rating of 100% that is service-connected, permanent, and total.

The first $8,500 of a disabled owner’s own income is left out.

100% permanent service-connected. The veteran needs a 100% permanent service-connected disability rating; surviving and Gold Star spouses qualify on their own terms.

Bradford County's Property Appraiser, 945 North Temple Avenue, Suite A, Starke (904-966-6216), takes the $5,000 exemption for a veteran disabled 10% or more, the total exemption for a service-connected total and permanent disability, the deployment exemption and the 65-plus combat discount between January 1 and March 1; its page adds a five-year marriage test for surviving spouses that the statutes do not set and cites the discount to the wrong section.
10% for the $5,000 exemption; total and permanent for the full exemption. The $5,000 exemption starts at a 10% disability. The full exemption needs a service-connected total and permanent disability. The 65-plus discount equals the combat-related percentage.
Under section 66-133 of the Bradford County Code the county pays the solid waste disposal assessment ($125 a year in 2026) on the homestead of a veteran or surviving spouse who has the section 196.081 total and permanent exemption, or who would qualify for it but owes no tax anyway. 100% permanent and total, special monthly compensation, or qualifying survivor. The county collector administers the State exemption under Ark. Code Ann. Section 26-3-306. The disability test is the State test, not a county one.
The Bradley County Trustee takes the State's tax relief and tax freeze applications: new-applicant signup for the 2026 tax year ran October 1, 2026 through April 5, 2027, with the disabled-veteran relief resting on the State's rules; the trustee's page carries no veteran-specific text of its own.
Permanent and total, as VA determines it. The state relief the Trustee administers.

Clause 22 reaches a veteran rated 10 percent or more, a Purple Heart recipient, a Gold Star parent and the spouse or unmarried surviving spouse; 22A to 22E turn on named losses, decorations, a 100 percent rating or specially adapted housing. How the Brevard County Property Appraiser describes Florida's veteran property tax relief, and where it is narrower than the statutes or out of date: it asks for proof that at least 10% of a disability is combat related, which section 196.082 does not require, and its list of operations for the deployment exemption leaves out the five that chapter 2026-239 added for the 2026 roll.
10% for the $5,000 exemption; permanent and total for the full one. The $5,000 exemption starts at 10%. The full homestead exemption needs total and permanent disability. The combat discount needs age 65, an honorable discharge and a permanent rating with a combat-related part.
