Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The assessor’s page says the office “administers exemption programs and assistance programs offered by the State of Connecticut and the Town of Bethany,” and names Assessor Betsy Quist, CCMA II, with the office’s hours and contact details; it prints no veterans’ amounts or program lists. Bethany did not answer OLR’s 2023 survey. The town’s code is on eCode360 (BE1275), which stayed behind its Cloudflare challenge (dubiousenvelope/vettoc issue 168).

Figures

Each figure is dated with the day it was read. A local figure moves whenever the statute or the local ordinance does, so confirm it with the office that grants it before you rely on it. Statute verified gives the day the weekly section check last found the statute standing on the legislature’s own code site; a figure without it rests on a statute the check does not read yet.
