The county's own notice, from the Trustee's page: "2026 Tax Year Notices estimated mailing date is October 1, 2026. Tax Relief / Tax Freeze signup for new applicants begins October 1, 2026 and runs thru April 5, 2027. If you are currently on the program, you will receive your ACV voucher early October 2026. New applicant signup for 2027 Partial Payments begins October 1, 2026 runs thru February 5, 2027. No action is needed if you are currently participating in program." What the relief is. The disabled-veteran property tax relief is the State's programme under Tennessee Code 67-5-701 to 67-5-705 - a State payment on part of the paid tax, not an exemption - and the State entries carry its eligibility and amounts; the Trustee takes the application. The page publishes no veteran-specific text of its own beyond the window.

Thresholds

Thresholds for Bradley County Trustee: State Tax Relief and Tax Freeze Sign-up Window
GateRule
Permanent and total, as VA determines itThe state relief the Trustee administers. The rating route in 67-5-704(b)(3) asks for service-connected permanent and total disability as determined by VA, which a veteran paid at the total rate through unemployability that VA has found permanent also holds. It is recorded rather than enforced because the paraplegia, blindness and loss-of-limbs route and the prisoner of war route need no rating at all.
Or a named loss, at any ratingParaplegia or permanent paralysis of both legs and the lower body, legal blindness, or loss or loss of use of two or more limbs from a service-connected cause qualifies whatever the combined rating, as does one hundred percent permanent total disability from having been a prisoner of war. The state entry on disabled veteran property tax relief sets out the routes.
