100% permanent and total. Arlington applies the statewide exemption to the principal residence. The county checklist prints a 100% service-connected, permanent, and total rating. Individual unemployability qualifies when VA has also rated it permanent and total. One path is a VA rating of 100% that is service-connected, permanent, and total.
Income-based exemption or deferral of real estate tax for an Arlington homeowner who is totally and permanently disabled and cannot do substantial gainful work. Separate from the 100% service-connected exemption.
Permanent and total disability. The homeowner has to be totally and permanently disabled and unable to do substantial gainful work, or age 65. Substantial gainful employment blocks this program. A 100% service-connected permanent and total rating uses the veteran exemption instead.
Arlington’s fiscal 2027 chart prints $542.71 under clause 22 and $1,007.32 to $2,035.17 under 22A to 22C, with $1,356.78 under 22E, its 22B, 22C and 22E amounts above its senior and blind lines, its 17D and 37A lines at the statutes raised 30 per cent and its 41C line at twice its statute raised 30 per cent.
A VA rating, a decoration, or a surviving relative. Clause 22 reaches a veteran rated 10 percent or more, a Purple Heart recipient, a Gold Star parent and the spouse or unmarried surviving spouse; 22A to 22E turn on named losses, decorations, a 100 percent rating or specially adapted housing. The rating filter does not hide this entry, because several routes need no rating.
The Ascension Parish Assessor keeps a dedicated veteran exemption page: a 50%-or-more rating qualifies, a signed application must be on file with the VA paperwork - it is not automatic on purchase - and the tiers run $2,500, $4,500 and the remaining value.
50-69%, 70-99% and 100% tiers. 50-69%: the next $2,500 of assessed value is exempt. 70-99%: the next $4,500. 100%: the remaining assessed value is exempt from ad valorem taxation.
Ashford’s veterans page requires the original DD-214 with the Town Clerk by September 30 and posts the state’s M-59a additional-veterans application; it prints no amounts.
Wartime service or a VA rating, set by state law. The exemptions rest on C.G.S. 12-81(19) to (26): 90 days of wartime service with a qualifying discharge filed with the town clerk, or a VA disability rating. Amounts above the base turn on rating and income. The rating filter does not hide this entry.
Ashland’s assessors post no exemption amounts, so this entry gives the statute’s: $400 for a veteran rated 10 percent or more, $750 to $1,500 under 22A to 22C, $1,000 for a 100 percent rating, and full exemption under 22D and 22F.

100% permanent and total, special monthly compensation, or qualifying survivor. The county collector administers the State exemption under Ark. Code Ann. Section 26-3-306. The disability test is the State test, not a county one.
The Athens County Auditor takes the homestead exemption applications under Revised Code 323.151 and 323.152: a totally disabled veteran with a 100% service-connected rating (or TDIU) files the DTE 105I for the increased credit, disabled applicants the DTE 105E certificate with the DTE 105A; the Auditor’s own site (www.athenscountyauditor.org) answers a Cloudflare challenge to every automated fetch, so the entry rests on the statute and the State form pages.
100% service-connected or TDIU as VA finds it. The increased credit needs the DTE 105I and the VA’s 100% or TDIU finding; the standard homestead runs on age or total disability with the income test. The county takes the filing.
The Athens-Clarke County Tax Commissioner's Exemptions table gives the S5 disabled-veteran homestead exemption its local figures - $109,986 on the State line and $117,014 in the county's columns - against the State's 2026 amount of $126,526, with in-person application and a 45-days-from-assessment-notice deadline (July 6, 2026); the SD and SS/SE rows extend it to a 100% disabled veteran 65 or older and to survivors.
100% service-connected. Section 48-5-48(a)(1) takes a 100 percent totally disabling rating. Statutory awards for loss of limbs or sight, and adapted housing eligibility, are other paths the filter does not test.
Athol’s assessors post no exemption amounts, so this entry gives the statute’s: $400 for a veteran rated 10 percent or more, $750 to $1,500 under 22A to 22C, $1,000 for a 100 percent rating, and full exemption under 22D and 22F.

Attleboro’s fiscal 2026 exemption overview gives the disabled-veteran clauses a range of $410 to $1,025 and full exemption, the statute’s $400 and $1,000 raised by a uniform 2.5 percent that no Department of Revenue cost-of-living adjustment matches.

Augusta County takes the statewide home and one-vehicle exemptions for a veteran rated 100% service-connected, permanent, and total on one in-person application that also asks for a driver’s license and a Veteran ID Card. Its page and form still tie a surviving spouse to the same home.
100% permanent and total. Augusta County applies the statewide exemptions to the home and to one owned car or truck. It states the 100% service-connected, permanent, and total rating. It does not add an income test. One path is a VA rating of 100% that is service-connected, permanent, and total.
Augusta County relieves real estate tax on a sliding scale for a permanently and totally disabled owner with household income up to $55,000 and net worth up to $125,000, with full relief at $25,000 of income and $40,000 of net worth or less. A VA certification is accepted.

Autauga County's Revenue Commissioner, Kathy Evans, takes the State's homestead and disability exemption claims at 135 North Court Street, Prattville (334-358-6750); the office publishes no exemption text, and from October 1, 2026 a veteran VA has found permanently and totally disabled no longer has to reclaim the exemption each year.
Permanent and total disability. The State exemption needs permanent and total disability; a VA award letter is the usual proof. The State entry carries the routes.
Avon’s tax relief sheet gives a $10,000 local option to veterans of every type and takes the state additional exemption at twice the regular amount, with 2026 grand list income limits of $46,300 single and $56,500 married.
Ayer’s Real Estate Exemptions page posts applications only, its veteran form the Commonwealth’s Form 96-4, so this entry gives the statute’s; its Veteran’s Services Office is the town’s own chapter 115 administrator, Michael Detillion the Veteran’s Services Officer, whose directory phone differs from the page’s extension line.
Baldwin County's Revenue Commission takes the State's full H-3 exemption for an owner retired because of permanent and total disability, and accepts a VA award letter as proof. It still says every holder must validate by signature each year; from October 1, 2026 a veteran VA finds permanently and totally disabled no longer has to.
Retired because of permanent and total disability. Alabama uses its own permanent and total test, proved by a VA or Social Security award letter or two medical documents. The rating filter cannot test it.
Baltimore County has no disabled veteran credit of its own. A veteran with the state 100% exemption, and a surviving spouse, is also excused from Metropolitan District charges. The county refund goes back only three years and is claimed by letter to the County Council.
100% permanent and total. The exemption, the refund, and the Metropolitan District relief follow a 100% permanent and total rating or a finding of permanent unemployability. One path is a VA rating of 100% that is service-connected, permanent, and total.

Barnstable’s assessing pages print no veterans’ exemption amounts and its site answers 403 to curl, so this entry gives the statute’s, read through the Internet Archive; its veterans’ agent is the Barnstable District’s Gregory Quilty at 66 Falmouth Road in Hyannis.
100% service-connected. A VA rating of 100%, or the unemployability route below, or the statutory loss of limbs or sight; unremarried surviving spouses keep it.
The Bartholomew County Auditor's Deductions & Other Forms page posts the Disabled Veteran & Surviving Spouses Deduction among the property-tax deductions its Real Estate and Deduction Specialists answer questions about (Rose Johnson, Elizabeth Entile, Lisa Kelley), and the Assessor's page carries a Disabled Veteran Deduction line; the deduction itself is the State's, under Indiana Code 6-1.1-12-14 (the surviving-spouse route at 14(b)).
Totally disabled or the statute's second route. Indiana Code 6-1.1-12-14 asks for a total disability, which need not be service-connected; the surviving-spouse route is at 14(b). Recorded from the State entries, which the county page defers to.
