What VetTOC is
VetTOC is an independent reference and planner for veteran and family benefits. It is not a law firm, a veterans service organization, or a claims agent.
How to reach a person
Write to [email protected]. A person reads the mail.
What VetTOC cannot help with
VetTOC does not file claims, build evidence packets or decide who is eligible, so a claim, an appeal or an eligibility question belongs with the VA, a veterans service organization or the official source linked on the page you were reading.
Account and sign-in
Trouble signing in, an account you can no longer reach, or an account to close: write from the email the account uses if you can, and say what you tried and what happened.
An account is deleted from Your account in the app, and under Account settings on the website. What is kept is on the Privacy page.
Catalog corrections
A wrong figure, date or requirement is reported with Request an update at the foot of the benefit page it is on. A benefit or a place the catalog is missing goes to the Missing benefit form. A report is stored for a person to review; sending one changes nothing by itself and does not publish it.
Push notifications
If reminders or the weekly digest stop arriving in the app, first check that the phone allows notifications for VetTOC, then check Notifications under Your account in the app, or the Notifications page of your account on the website. If everything is set and nothing arrives, write, and say whether the phone is an iPhone or an Android.
