Athens County Auditor: the Disabled Veteran’s Homestead Application
The Athens County Auditor takes the homestead exemption applications under Revised Code 323.151 and 323.152: a totally disabled veteran with a 100% service-connected rating (or TDIU) files the DTE 105I for the increased credit, disabled applicants the DTE 105E certificate with the DTE 105A; the Auditor’s own site (www.athenscountyauditor.org) answers a Cloudflare challenge to every automated fetch, so the entry rests on the statute and the State form pages.
Also called: homestead exemption, DTE 105A, DTE 105E, DTE 105I, HB 85, disabled veteran, 100% disabled, TDIU, individual unemployability, income test, Auditor, owner occupancy, Cloudflare, Athens, Athens, Nelsonville, The Plains, Albany, Chauncey, Glouster, Jacksonville, Amesville, Buchtel, Coolville, Shade, New Marshfield, Stewart, Millfield, Trimble.

| 100% service-connected or TDIU as VA finds it | The increased credit needs the DTE 105I and the VA’s 100% or TDIU finding; the standard homestead runs on age or total disability with the income test. The county takes the filing. |
