Delaware County

Street address

Start typing a street address. VetTOC reads only the county or town from it and opens its page.

Choose a level. County is what this county sets or runs itself. State is what Indiana provides everywhere, including here. Federal is always last.

A filter hides a benefit only when that benefit has a rating gate and the rating you set misses it. A benefit with no rating gate stays on the list. Who it is for means who can receive the benefit in their own right; a survivor is the family of a veteran or service member who died, and a child of one is listed under both. This is not an eligibility decision.

Delaware County's Veterans Court, a certified problem-solving court under Judge John M. Feick of Circuit Court 4, sits Mondays at 2:30 p.m. and is run by Community Corrections (Tracy Blankenship, 765-747-7825); participants follow the treatment plans of VA physicians or counselors for substance abuse, PTSD or traumatic brain injury, take random drug screens, meet a case manager and appear for regular review hearings.
