Show FiltersHide Filters

A filter hides a benefit only when that benefit has a rating gate and the rating you set misses it. A benefit with no rating gate stays on the list. No disability needed keeps only the benefits a living veteran can use without any service-connected disability rating: one that needs a rating or a disability, or may, stays off, and so does one only a surviving spouse or other family member can use. Who it is for means who can receive the benefit in their own right; a survivor is the family of a veteran or service member who died, and a child of one is listed under both. This is not an eligibility decision.

Qualifying disabled veteran or surviving spouse who owns and occupies the home. The exemption follows O.C.G.A. 48-5-48 and 48-5-52.1; the county’s own page prints its Disabled Veterans row at up to $50,000 and the application route. The rating filter never hides this entry.
