Show FiltersHide Filters

A filter hides a benefit only when that benefit has a rating gate and the rating you set misses it. A benefit with no rating gate stays on the list. No disability needed keeps only the benefits a living veteran can use without any service-connected disability rating: one that needs a rating or a disability, or may, stays off, and so does one only a surviving spouse or other family member can use. Who it is for means who can receive the benefit in their own right; a survivor is the family of a veteran or service member who died, and a child of one is listed under both. This is not an eligibility decision.

Rutherford County Tax Administrator: Disabled Veterans Exclusion

HousingRutherford County, NC · County

Rutherford County's Revenue Department takes applications for the State's disabled veteran exclusion, for an honourably discharged veteran whose service-connected disability VA certifies as 100% permanently and totally disabling, or the unremarried surviving spouse; no age or income limit, a one-time application on form NCDVA-9, filed by June 1.

Permanent and total service-connected disability. The rating path is a total and permanent service-connected disability. A section 2101 adapted housing grant qualifies instead; the filter cannot test that.
