A filter hides a benefit only when that benefit has a rating gate and the rating you set misses it. A benefit with no rating gate stays on the list. No disability needed keeps only the benefits a living veteran can use without any service-connected disability rating: one that needs a rating or a disability, or may, stays off, and so does one only a surviving spouse or other family member can use. Who it is for means who can receive the benefit in their own right; a survivor is the family of a veteran or service member who died, and a child of one is listed under both. This is not an eligibility decision.

MiscellaneousColquitt County, GA · County

The Colquitt County Clerk of Superior, State & Juvenile Court - Donna Wilson, who the county's own page also lists as BOE Appeal Administrator, with "Other Services: Notary Public Commissions, Child Support Receiver, Board of Tax Equalization Secretary, Real Estate Recorder" (clerk's office number 229-616-7420 per the Southern Judicial Circuit's locations page) - is the county's discharge-recording route under O.C.G.A. 15-6-78 and 15-6-72 (the State entries); the county's clerk page publishes no discharge line, so the free recording rests on the State entries and the office's route.
