A filter hides a benefit only when that benefit has a rating gate and the rating you set misses it. A benefit with no rating gate stays on the list. No disability needed keeps only the benefits a living veteran can use without any service-connected disability rating: one that needs a rating or a disability, or may, stays off, and so does one only a surviving spouse or other family member can use. Who it is for means who can receive the benefit in their own right; a survivor is the family of a veteran or service member who died, and a child of one is listed under both. This is not an eligibility decision.

Morrill County Veterans Aid Fund

MiscellaneousMorrill County, NE · County

Morrill County’s section 80-102 Veterans Aid Fund holds about $13,650 with no levy and budgets $8,000 of aid, but it has paid only grave markers and flags since 2023 ($3,716.79 of markers and $957 of event coins in June 2026); its page still asks for wartime service and an honorable discharge, tests the 2024 amendment changed.

Veteran, spouse, surviving spouse or minor child in need. Section 80-102 as amended in 2024: honorable or general service, a year in Nebraska and six months in Morrill County, and need the committee assesses; the page’s wartime test no longer applies. No rating is required.
