Show FiltersHide Filters

A filter hides a benefit only when that benefit has a rating gate and the rating you set misses it. A benefit with no rating gate stays on the list. No disability needed keeps only the benefits a living veteran can use without any service-connected disability rating: one that needs a rating or a disability, or may, stays off, and so does one only a surviving spouse or other family member can use. Who it is for means who can receive the benefit in their own right; a survivor is the family of a veteran or service member who died, and a child of one is listed under both. This is not an eligibility decision.

Robertson County Trustee: State Tax Relief for Disabled Veterans, with a County Match

HousingRobertson County, TN · County

Robertson County adds its own money to the State's property tax relief for disabled veteran homeowners and their widow(er)s: for 2026 taxes the State pays up to $726 and the county $139, up to $865 in all, with no income limit; apply to the Trustee from October 2026 to April 5, 2027 (615-384-4238).

Permanent and total, as VA determines it. The county match goes only to a disabled veteran or widow(er) the State approves for its relief. The rating route in 67-5-704(b)(3) asks for service-connected permanent and total disability as determined by VA, which a veteran paid at the total rate through unemployability that VA has found permanent also holds. It is recorded rather than enforced because the paraplegia, blindness and loss-of-limbs route and the prisoner of war route need no rating at all.
