Woodbury’s page prints veterans’ income limits of $56,500 married and $46,300 single, with $21,000 and $18,000 for a veteran the VA rates 100 percent disabled, and a town veterans’ program with the state program’s guidelines; OLR’s survey recorded $10,000.
Wartime service or a VA rating, set by state law. The exemptions rest on C.G.S. 12-81(19) to (26): 90 days of wartime service with a qualifying discharge filed with the town clerk, or a VA disability rating. Amounts above the base turn on rating and income. The rating filter does not hide this entry.
Woodruff County's tax collector, Sheriff Phil Reynolds ex officio, at the courthouse, 500 N. 3rd St., Augusta (870-347-5152), takes the State's disabled veteran exemption on the home and personal property; the county's page says nothing about it, and since Act 876 of 2025 the VA letter is a one-time filing.
100% permanent and total, special monthly compensation, or qualifying survivor. The county collector administers the State exemption under Ark. Code Ann. Section 26-3-306. The disability test is the State test, not a county one.
Woodstock’s assessor posts the biennial additional veterans exemption application and its information sheet, the D-2 for the permanently and totally disabled, and active duty motor vehicle forms; no page prints an amount.

Woonsocket’s veterans’ property tax exemptions under R.I. Gen. Laws 44-3-4. Woonsocket publishes $160.00 for its basic veterans’ exemption; the statutory figures and every amount here carry the day they were read.
Service and discharge set by state law. A veteran of a war, conflict or Cold War service period named in 44-3-4 or 44-3-4.2, honorably discharged, discharged under conditions other than dishonorable, or still serving honorably; or the unmarried widow or widower. No disability rating is needed for the basic exemption, so the rating filter never hides this entry.
Worcester’s assessors list the clause 22 exemption without an amount, so this entry gives the statute’s: $400 for a veteran rated 10 percent or more, $750 to $1,500 under 22A to 22C, $1,000 for a 100 percent rating, and full exemption under 22D and 22F.
A VA rating, a decoration, or a surviving relative. Clause 22 reaches a veteran rated 10 percent or more, a Purple Heart recipient, a Gold Star parent and the spouse or unmarried surviving spouse; 22A to 22E turn on named losses, decorations, a 100 percent rating or specially adapted housing. The rating filter does not hide this entry, because several routes need no rating.
Wrentham’s assessors name personal exemptions among the office’s responsibilities and print no amounts, so this entry gives the statute’s; its veterans’ services are the District of North Attleborough, Plainville and Wrentham’s department, where the EOVS directory names Scott Smith.
$6,000 of assessed value off the primary residence, or applied to motor vehicle registration instead. Needs three years of Wyoming residency plus wartime or campaign service, or a compensable service-connected disability.
A compensable service-connected disability. One qualifying path is certification of a compensable service-connected disability, which means a rating that pays compensation and therefore begins at 10 percent. No higher percentage is required for the $6,000 exemption.
Wythe County’s Commissioner of the Revenue takes the statewide home exemption at a 2026 real estate rate of $0.51, levied unchanged on June 9, 2026, with taxes due December 5.
100% permanent and total. Wythe applies the statewide exemption to the dwelling and up to one acre. It does not add an income test; the county publishes no narrower rule. One path is a VA rating of 100% that is service-connected, permanent, and total.
Wythe relieves up to $250.00 of the real estate tax of an owner 65 or permanently and totally disabled with income to $35,000 and net worth to $100,000, on an affidavit filed February 1 through April 30 with the prior year’s federal return attached.
Age 65 or permanently and totally disabled. The head of household is 65 or older, or permanently and totally disabled, on December 31 of the preceding year. A VA rating alone is not the test.
The Yakima County Assessor's Senior or Disabled Exemptions page sets a $45,000 income ceiling, prints the 2022-era exemption tiers, and names no disabled veteran route at all. For 2027 the veteran floor is 40%, and Yakima's income thresholds rise to $47,000, $54,000 and $62,000.
40% service-connected, from taxes collected in 2027. RCW 84.36.381: a combined evaluation of 40% or more (80% for 2026 collections), or a total disability rating at any percentage; or age 61; plus the income test.
Yarmouth’s fiscal 2027 personal exemptions sheet gives the veteran exemptions “in varying amounts (depending on the clause)” and no figures, so this entry gives the statute’s: $400 under clause 22 and $1,000 under 22E, with full exemptions under 22D and 22F.
The Yavapai County Assessor takes the State exemption in person at Prescott or Cottonwood from the first Monday in January to the end of February: full on the home at a 100% service-connected rating, a rating-scaled amount below it, with an income test for 2026 that ends for veterans in 2027. Its 2026 notice asks for an honorable discharge and treats military retirement pay as uncounted income, neither of which the statute says.
Full at a 100% service-connected rating; scaled below it. A 100% service-connected rating fully exempts the primary residence. A lower service-connected rating, or a nonservice-connected rating, gets the State's yearly amount of assessed value times the rating.
The Yell County Collector's office in Danville ((479) 495-4869) and Dardanelle ((479) 477-3121) takes the State's disabled veteran exemption on the home and personal property; the county's pages say nothing about it, and since Act 876 of 2025 the VA letter is a one-time filing.
100% permanent and total, special monthly compensation, or qualifying survivor. The county collector administers the State exemption under Ark. Code Ann. Section 26-3-306. The disability test is the State test, not a county one.
The Yolo County Assessor takes the State exemption at a basic and a low-income level, on a claim with VA rating, award and summary letters and a DD-214; the low-income level is refiled each year by February 15. Its page describes the test as "100% disabled, blind, or a paraplegic", narrower than the law, and its late-filing rule differs from the statute's.
100% or compensated at 100% for unemployability. The State exemption needs a 100% rating, permanent or not, compensation at 100% for unemployability, blindness in both eyes, or loss of the use of two or more limbs.
York County takes the statewide disabled veteran exemption in person only, with a utility bill in the veteran’s name. Its 2023 ordinance for line-of-duty surviving spouses was written under a section repealed in 2025.
100% permanent and total. York County applies the statewide exemption to the principal residence, on an in-person application. It states the 100% service-connected, permanent, and total rating. One path is a VA rating of 100% that is service-connected, permanent, and total.
The Yuba County Assessor, 915 8th Street, Marysville (530-749-7820), takes the State's disabled veterans' exemption on BOE-261-G for a veteran rated 100% or paid at 100% for unemployability, or the unmarried surviving spouse: the basic exemption is filed once, the low-income one every year by February 15; its page leaves out blindness and the loss of use of two limbs, which the law also covers.
100% or compensated at 100% for unemployability. The State exemption needs a 100% rating, permanent or not, compensation at 100% for unemployability, blindness in both eyes, or loss of the use of two or more limbs.
The Yuma County Assessor takes the State exemption on the Affidavit of Individual Tax Exemption (form 82514) with a disability certification, and lists a military non-resident affidavit (82515) beside it. Its own guidelines document, read live in a browser on October 12, 2026, carries the county's 2026 figures: a $4,873 maximum exemption, a $39,865 income limit ($47,826 with minor children) and a $36,454 primary-assessed-value ceiling, filed between the first working day of January and March 1.
Full at a 100% service-connected rating; scaled below it. A 100% service-connected rating fully exempts the primary residence for 2026. A lower service-connected rating, or a nonservice-connected rating, gets $4,873 of assessed value times the rating.
Zapata County's Veteran Services Officer runs two Texas Veterans Commission grant funds - Texas Veterans Assistance ($300,000 for FY 2026-2027, $218,800 of it for client services) and Housing for Texas Heroes ($400,000, $305,900 for client services) - with a grant-funded outreach specialist; the county publishes no application or eligibility rules, so ask the office (956-849-5309).
Zapata County veterans the grants serve. Eligibility is set by the Texas Veterans Commission grants and the office; none is published. No rating is needed.
