2026 Okla. Sess. Laws c. 211 (SB 2026) Let a veteran's grandchildren see military discharge papers recorded with a county clerk
Amended 19 O.S. § 270 to add grandchildren to the people a county clerk may let view or copy a veteran's recorded discharge papers, alongside the veteran, spouse and children, and widened the section from the DD Form 214 to all military discharge papers. Signed May 6, 2026, effective November 1, 2026. Watching until the effective date.
