Catalog reconciledDid not pass

60th Legislature, 2025-2026

Expands benefits Would have let a disabled veteran put the $5 plate on four vehicles instead of two.

Would have raised the limit in 47 O.S. § 1135.2(B)(31). It passed the House 92 to 0 on February 26, 2025, had its enacting clause stricken in the Senate Aeronautics and Transportation Committee on April 7, 2025 and was referred to Appropriations, where it stayed through the end of the Legislature in May 2026. At least one national guide says disabled veterans can tag up to four vehicles. The statute and Service Oklahoma both still say two.
