Catalog reconciledDid not pass

153rd General Assembly, 2026

Expands benefits Would have opened the disabled veterans school tax credit at a rating of 80 percent rather than 100 percent.

Would have lowered the rating in 14 Del. C. § 1917(d) from 100 percent to 80 percent or greater. It was assigned to the House Appropriations Committee and did not pass before the session ended on June 30, 2026. The credit still requires 100 percent compensation for a permanent and total disability, by schedule or through individual unemployability.
