The Board's year. The Board adopted Operation Green Light for Veterans resolutions on September 17, 2025 (Resolution 2025-41) and October 14, 2026 (Resolution 2026-30), lighting the courthouse complex green for November 4 to 11. On November 12, 2025 it approved the Nebraska Department of Veterans' Affairs' memorandum of understanding putting the county on the department's licence for the benefits database, and Ms. Hanvey reported on benefit expenditures and claims processed; it approved a further memorandum between the department and Ms. Hanvey on August 5, 2026, and on September 30, 2026 the Tyler Technologies licence that replaces VetraSpec for January 2, 2027 to January 3, 2028. On June 10, 2026 it re-appointed James Hames to the Veterans Service Committee for another five-year term and heard of the recovery of a war medallion. Ms. Hanvey organised a ceremony honouring Korean War veterans at the Creighton Community Center on July 26, 2026: she told the Board on July 22 that eighteen of the county's twenty-two Korean War veterans would attend, with four from Antelope, Holt and Pierce Counties, and that Nebraska Veterans Affairs Director John Hilgert would present medallion coins; the September 2, 2026 claims paid Grandma Pam's $1,200.00 for veterans meals. The Board raised the officer's wage to $24.00 an hour from June 28, 2026. The money. The 2025-2026 budget gives the office (0100-803 Vets.
