The Register's own site carries a "Thank a Veteran" item that links to veterans.courthousecomputersystems.com/Home/CountyLandingPage?countyName=Franklin%2C%20TN, the discount-card platform other Tennessee registers use; on 2026-10-25 that portal did not answer any fetch, so which merchants honour the card and how a veteran registers is not published where it could be read.
