Woodbury County hosts Iowa’s other veterans treatment court: the Fourth Judicial District’s own announcement names the Woodbury County programme, alongside its own, as one of the state’s two.

Woodbury County operates a veterans treatment court. The Fourth Judicial District Veterans Treatment Court's announcement, in the District's own words, calls the Pottawattamie-hosted programme "one of only two Veterans Treatment Courts in the state, alongside the program in Woodbury County". A veteran with a criminal case in Woodbury County can ask the court, the prosecutor or defense counsel about the county's programme, and about the Fourth Judicial District's court, which serves the same part of the state.
