The van. The county's Veterans Van Transport Program page: "Veterans may call Kati Carpenter, the DAV SE Minnesota Transportation Coordinator, at 507-703-1139. A 10 day notice is very appreciated. There is no charge to the Veteran for this service, however the Veteran is also not allowed to claim travel pay as this is a federal service." Volunteer drivers are sought (the page is dated May 2019, so confirm the coordinator).
