It is in the Wilkes County Agricultural Center, 416 Executive Drive, Suite F, Wilkesboro, NC 28697 (mail to 110 North Street, Wilkesboro, NC 28697); phone 336-651-7327, fax 336-903-0433; Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Veterans Service Officer Allison Huffman, who is also the county's safety officer. The Board. The office led the county's Operation Green Light resolution in October 2025, and in March 2026 the Board budgeted a $13,686 State grant from the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for its office equipment. The county holds a Veterans Day service at the Agricultural Center each November.
