The minutes live at warrickcountymeetings.vivabove.com/commissioner.html - image scans, the window's 41 files of October 2025 through October 2026 downloaded whole and OCR'd at 200 dpi (tesseract psm 4) for this sweep. The claims line. The window's recurring veteran item is the claims register: "VETERAN'S AFFAIRS 1000-0012" - $3,333.39 on October 27, 2025; $3,416.24 on February 23 and June 8, 2026 - the office's monthly payroll and operating claims paid through the Commissioners' claims approval. The two office items. February 23, 2026: "VETERAN'S OFFICE. Veteran's Officer Dwayne Beadles was present. There are 432 veterans/spouses they serve in Warrick County. They also help veterans in the surrounding counties. They will be closed several times this year for their training requirements. Commissioner Seaton asked for him to go over what their office does. Mr. Beadles talked about all benefits available for Veterans and working with them to get them. These however are different from the health benefits as that is a different division. Their office works directly for the Commissioners and the State. Mr. Beadles sends regular reports to the Commissioners for review." September 28, 2026: "Mr. Kevin Hinton with the Indiana Veterans Affairs was present, He is aver [over] the district that includes Warrick County. This will be his second of the two required visits to the County. Mr. Hinton went over some compliances that are required by the State for the County Officers, and that the Warrick County Veteran's Office staff are fully accredited. He also praised their work saying Mr. Beadles and Ms, Soberg are both very knowledgeable in what they do and require very little oversight." No veteran benefit was adopted, narrowed or repealed; the claims line pays the office and the two items are reports. No VFW, Legion or DAV line appears beyond the claims register, and the council's minutes carry no veteran item.
