Warren County Veterans Services: Rides to Medical Appointments

Free rides for Warren County veterans and their dependents to any local doctor's office or VA medical centre, booked as soon as the appointment is made, with the DD-214 as proof of eligibility.

Every Ohio commission must arrange regular transport to the VA medical centres serving the county (Revised Code 5901.03(H); see the Ohio entry). Warren County's goes further on two counts: it carries veterans to any local doctor's office as well as to a VA medical centre, and it carries their dependents too, at no cost. Call the transportation coordinator (513-695-2708, or 513-695-2738) as soon as the appointment is made, and have the DD-214 ready as proof of eligibility.
