Free dental services have been available to Trumbull County veterans since 2022 through a partnership between the Veterans Service Office, St. Elizabeths Hospital and the Kikel Dental Clinic. A dental van comes to the office at 253 East Market Street in Warren once a month, on the fourth Thursday, and does everything from cleanings to extractions. Schedule by calling 330-536-3045. No VA rating is needed for the clinic; a veteran whose VA eligibility reaches dental care can also ask the office's service officers about the Youngstown VA community-based outpatient clinic.
