Tillamook County Parks: the $45 Annual Day Use Access Pass for Veterans

The order. Board Order #23-075 (December 6, 2023), "In the Matter of Amending Order 20-051 to Reduce the Annual Day Use Access Pass Fee for All Veterans": "The annual day use access pass fee for disabled veterans is $45.00. The Board deems it is appropriate to provide all veterans the opportunity to purchase an annual day use access pass for $45.00." The fees at the listed county parks' day use areas and boat launches became "$10.00 for a day use access pass; $55.00 for an annual day use access pass; and $45.00 for an annual day use access pass for veterans, senior citizens (age of 65 years or older), and Oregon Trail Card members." The Parks page. "ANNUAL PASSES AVAILABLE ONLINE. Cost: First pass $55. Second pass for $25." "Passes have been updated to a 'hang tag' ... and are now valid one year from purchase." "Annual Day Use Passes are transferable between vehicles. Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced." "Discounts are available for seniors over the age of 65, disabled veterans and Oregon Trail card holders." The page still says disabled veterans; the order covers all veterans, so a veteran without a rating should cite the order when buying. The page lists the boat launches and day use areas the pass covers.
