The Court. The Sutton County Commissioners Court meets on the second and fourth Mondays (except holidays), for now in the courtroom on the second floor of the courthouse, 102 N. Water Street, Sonora, while the Annex is repaired; it sits as County Judge Joseph Harris and Commissioners Lee C. Bloodworth, Bob Brockman, David Blesing and Harold Martinez. What was read. The 33 agendas the Commissioners Court page posts for January 12 through October 26, 2026, and the FY2026-2027 and FY2025-2026 budgets. The page's "Search Commissioners' Court Minutes" link goes to a bare-IP server, http://72.12.122.197/minutes, which this session's network egress refused, so no minutes were read. What the year shows. The May 26, 2026 special meeting agenda (item 11) carries a "Civic Center fee waiver request for Veterans Affairs event on June 29, 2026, put together by F.O.B Del Rio, Adrian Bitela and Nancy Glasscock"; without the minutes the vote is unread. The Court held budget workshops on August 6 and 17 and September 1 and 14, 2026, and its amended September 30, 2026 special meeting heard and adopted the FY2026-2027 budget and tax rate; the budget's certificate records its approval that day, and it has no veterans line (see sutton-tx-veterans-services). No other agenda read names veterans.
