Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

Texas veterans treatment courts rest on Government Code chapter 124; see the Texas entry. The Office of Court Administration's specialty court registry of October 1, 2026 lists program 153, the 105th District Court, as a veterans treatment court serving "Nueces, Kleberg, San Pat[ricio]", with Judge Jack Pulcher and coordinator Angel Flores ([email protected]). The 105th District Court is the district court for all three counties. How it works. The court runs as the Nueces County Veterans Treatment Court, whose own page and application set its terms: a voluntary 12 to 24 month programme that can end in dismissal of eligible charges, for a serving member or a veteran with an honorable or general discharge, with a service-related mental health condition linked to the offense and no state prison history; see the Nueces County entry, which also notes where those terms are narrower than chapter 124. For a San Patricio County case. Neither San Patricio County nor the court publishes how a San Patricio case is referred; ask defence counsel or the District Attorney, or contact the coordinator. The court sits at 901 Leopard Street, Suite 802, Corpus Christi (361-888-0510). For a Kleberg County case. The registry lists the same court for Kleberg County, and the registry names no other specialty court there. Kleberg County's own site (read 2026-10-31) says nothing of the court or of how a Kleberg case reaches it; a veteran charged in Kleberg County should ask defence counsel or the District Attorney about a transfer to the 105th District Court's docket, or contact the coordinator.
