Booking. The service is free, but the rider must have a file and a DD-214 with the office, and rides are urged to be scheduled before the appointment day - seating is limited. Cancellations after regular business hours go to 419-545-4653, the office's answering line. Driver Donald "Mac" McCorkle has driven for the commission since 2015. The county's own transit. Richland County Transit's own domain answers 403 to every request; its operator's fare page charges $2.00 a single adult ride and $1.00 for Medicare card holders, seniors 65 and over and disabled riders, with Dial-A-Ride at $4.00.
