Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The record. The county posts the Commissioners Court's agendas on its Public Notices calendar, not its minutes; the 37 agendas of August 11, 2025 through October 26, 2026 (scans) were read whole. The Court sits as County Judge Robert Bridges and Commissioners Donnie Gentry, David Hutson, Jeff Moore and Bruce Emery. What the year shows. No agenda names veterans, a veterans officer, a Veterans Day proclamation, juror donations to veterans or a veterans grant. The September 29, 2026 special meeting took up the FY2027 budget, which every member voted for and which leaves "Exp - Vet Serv Officer" unfunded (see the county's veterans entry). The calendar marks Veterans Day (November 11, 2025, and November 11, 2026, "CLOSED - Veterans Day") among the county holidays. No veteran benefit was adopted, narrowed or repealed on the record read; the minutes are with the County Clerk, 903-427-2401.
