Pulaski County: No County Veteran Programs of Its Own
Pulaski County government publishes no veteran program, office, discount, budget line or discharge-recording page of its own; every benefit that applies in Pulaski County is a State or federal entry.
Also called: no county programs, veterans office, Waynesville, St. Robert, Fort Leonard Wood, state entries, 573-774-4701.
What was searched. The county's site (www.pulaskicountymo.org, a Vistaprint WSB build serving plain HTML with no sitemap) was crawled page by page: every office and department page its menu names, the contact, elections, bid-packet and courthouse-closure pages, and the 2026 county budget link, which is only the State Auditor's budget-package FAQ PDF. The single veteran string on the whole site is a biography - the Collector of Revenue's page notes "Her father served in the United States Army and was a WWII veteran; he retired after 31 years of service." No veteran programme, office, discount, budget line or discharge-recording text is published.
Could not read. The site posts no commission records - the Commissioners' page gives only the meeting schedule, "Mondays and Thursdays 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. or as long as need to conclude business on the agenda" - so the Commission's October 2025 to October 2026 minutes and resolutions were not readable. County Clerk David Ernst, 301 Historic Rt. 66 E., Ste. 101, Waynesville, MO 65583, 573-774-4701 (fax 573-774-5601), is the clerk to the commission and keeps them.
Where a veteran turns instead. The State entries carry every benefit that applies in Pulaski County. The Missouri Veterans Commission's service officers serve the counties (the State entry on veterans service officers); the circuit-breaker property tax credit's 100-percent-disabled-veteran door (section 135.010(1)) is claimed on state forms; and the Recorder of Deeds, Rachelle Beasley, publishes no discharge page - her page names land records, marriage licences and passports - so recording rests on the State entry under 59.480. The county's Courts page carries no text at all, so no court entry is written.
