Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The county's own amounts. The Tax Commissioner's own site, pulaskicountypay.com, prints its exemption list on the General Information page, and the veteran rows read: "The Disabled Veterans Homestead Exemption is available to certain disabled veterans in an amount up to $50,000 deducted from the 40% assessed value of the homestead property. This exemption applies to all ad valorem tax levies; however, it is restricted to certain types of very serious disabilities (that are service-connected disabilities) and proof of disability, either from the Veterans Administration or from a private physician in certain circumstances. A similar exemption in the same amount is now available to the un-remarried surviving spouse of a member of the armed forces of the United States who was killed in any war or armed conflict engaged in by the United States. The surviving spouse must furnish appropriate documentation that spousal benefits are received as a result of the death of the armed forces member." The page's tax calendar: "Property Taxes are due by December 1st of each year", and the mobile-home rows: "Bills for mobile/modular homes in Pulaski County are usually mailed January 2 ... Contact the Tax Assessors' office for more information at (478) 892-3564." Where and who. Tax Commissioner Eric Vickers, 45 South Lumpkin Street, Suite 108, Hawkinsville, GA 31036; mailing P.O. Box 448; phone (478) 783-2811, fax (478) 783-0696, [email protected]. A veteran files with the Tax Assessor's Office before the return deadline and reads the county's own amounts on the tax site; the State entries carry the statutes beside the county's printed figures. The board's August 3, 2026 minutes record the route: "Yvonne Roundtree asked what the process for qualifying for School Tax Exemption and Homestead Tax Exemption for seniors. Commissioner Mashburn stated that she needs to go to the Tax Assessors office and they will go over what is needed to qualify for Exemption." The qPublic record-search site (qpublic.net/ga/pulaski) answers a Cloudflare-style block (403) to plain fetch and was not read (the gap goes to docs/COUNTY-REVISIT.md).
