Pierce County Veterans Transportation Program: the Service Van to the VA Medical Center

Pierce County’s Veterans Service Office runs a veterans service van, driven by volunteers, to the VA Medical Center; call the office (715.273.6753) to arrange a ride. Appointments at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center and the Maplewood VA clinic are rising, and the Veterans Service Committee and Commission worked in 2026 on adding a second vehicle, with public donations toward it.
