The county's e-recording runs through Simplifile and CSC; the land records search on OKCountyRecords.com/search/osage.
The missing line. The county's fee schedule (osage.okcounties.org/fees) carries the Clerk's recording table - photographic copies, deeds and mortgages at 8.00 dollars plus a 10.00 dollar preservation fee for the first page, mechanics' liens, plats, fictitious-name certificates, estrays, brands, tax-sale assignments - and no military-discharge line at all. Oklahoma's Title 72, section 22 requires the county clerk to record discharge papers "without charge" and furnish certified copies "without charge", and section 270 of Title 19 keeps the recorded discharge confidential - both are carried by the State entry, which also notes the November 1, 2026 change adding grandchildren to the authorized parties. A veteran asked to pay cites 72 O.S. 22.
