Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The board. Anthony Hudson (District 1, 1125 West Main, Pawhuska, 918-287-1570, chairman), Steve Talburt (District 2, 2850 West 133rd St. North, Skiatook, 918-396-2747) and Chad Ray (District 3, 100 North 1st, Fairfax, 918-642-5217) meet at 10:00 a.m. Mondays in the OSU Extension Building at the Osage County Fairgrounds; the March 2026 agenda header still named Charlie Cartwright for District 3 and the September 2026 header names Chad Ray. County Clerk Christina Talburt signs the proceedings as board secretary. The record. The meetings index (osage.okcounties.org/meetings, pages 1 through 12) posts the BOCC's agendas and proceedings from September 15, 2025 through November 2026 - 156 files, every one an image scan without a text layer - and all 156 were read by OCR at 150 dpi (about 1.4 million characters of text). The window's items are the county's roads, bids, the courthouse remodel (with Robert Davis's storage invoice), the purchase-card and travel policies, the CDBG and REAP projects, the fair-contract payments and the county's transfer of funds forms. No veteran item of any kind appears: no proclamation, no Operation Green Light, no burial or plaque item, and no VFW, American Legion, DAV or honor-flight line in any posted file. No benefit was adopted, narrowed or repealed; the record is the absence. The county's fee schedule carries no discharge line (the Clerk's entry), and the Form 969 claims the OCR'd files do carry are purchase-order and claim numbers, not the Veterans Exemption.
