Missouri has no county veterans service officers in statute; the Missouri Veterans Commission's officers do the work (see the Missouri entry). The Commission's service officer locator's office record (edited July 16, 2026) lists the West Plains office at 3417 Division Drive, Suite 5, West Plains, MO 65775, first floor, serving "Howell, Shannon, Oregon, Douglas" counties: Andrew Martinez, Veteran Service Officer ([email protected]), 417-256-3452, Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon, under supervisor Chris Butler. An older per-officer record still names Jon Kaster. The office is in Howell County, west of Oregon; Oregon County has no website to name a local outreach day. What the help is.
