The Unified Court System's "Veterans Treatment Court Locations" page, read in a visible Chrome window, lists the courts by judicial district. The 7th Judicial District (Finger Lakes/Rochester) section lists Cayuga, Monroe and Ontario Counties, and the Ontario link is "Ontario County Court". How a case gets there. A case goes to the court where it is heard; the defence lawyer or the court's coordinator asks for the referral.
