The Recorder of Deeds page lists among its services "Records military discharges (DD Form 214)" and says the office takes cash or check; its Recording Fees page was empty when read and no request form is posted. The statute keeps a discharge and its copies free; copies go only to the veteran or an authorized party on the Recorders Association of Missouri's notarized request. Where.
