Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The assessor page describes the office’s valuation duties and its hours but posts no veteran forms and prints no veteran amounts. Questions go to the assessor at 860-567-6096 or [email protected]. OLR’s 2023 survey recorded Morris as offering the veterans’ primary residence option of 12-81kk, which a town may give by vote of its legislative body to a veteran entitled under 12-81(19) or (20) for the dwelling the veteran owns and uses as a primary residence. No adoption was found on a readable host, and no code was found at all. Ask the assessor.

Figures

Each figure is dated with the day it was read. A local figure moves whenever the statute or the local ordinance does, so confirm it with the office that grants it before you rely on it. Statute verified gives the day the weekly section check last found the statute standing on the legislature’s own code site; a figure without it rests on a statute the check does not read yet.
