Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

Tennessee has no veterans treatment court statute; the district courts run them under the drug court and diversion framework, and the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services' Recovery Court Contact List gives, under "Veterans Treatment Courts" (updated July 1, 2026): "10th Judicial District Veterans Treatment Court | 10th | Bradley, McMinn, Polk, Monroe | Sandra Donaghey | Circuit | Amanda Kozak | Bradley County Government | 155 North Ocoee Street, Suite 108 | Cleveland | 37311 | 423-339-0480 | [email protected]". What Monroe County publishes. Nothing: the county's site has no page for the court or any veterans docket, and the Commission's year carries no item on it (see the commissioners' record above). The district's court is hosted and funded from Bradley County - the same list's 10th District Recovery Court and Mental Health Court rows name the same counties and coordinator - so a Monroe County veteran's route is the coordinator's line, defence counsel, or the VA's Veterans Justice Outreach specialist. The State entry on recovery courts describes the model and TDMHSAS's grant programme.
