Marriage license records and military discharge papers are also recorded in this office." Its fee list (effective August 28, 2026, with Senate Bill 938's $26 first page) prices land documents, plats, surveys, copies and marriage licences and has no line for a discharge, which the statute keeps free; copies go only to the veteran or an authorized party on the Recorders Association of Missouri's notarized request, and the page posts no form, so call the office.
