Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

Mo. Rev. Stat. 59.480 makes the recording of a discharge free and limits who may see or copy it; see the Missouri entry. The Recorder's Military DD-214 page: "These recorded documents are available if the Veteran had them recorded at our Office. A request for the Military Discharge Papers form are available in our office. WE can email or fax a copy to you. There is no charge for copies or for Certified copies." The page's "click here" for the request form carried no link when read, so ask the office for the form (the Recorders Association of Missouri's notarized request, which names who may receive a copy). The posted fee schedule ($24 the first page and $3 each further page to record, $1 a page for copies, $2 plus $1 a page to certify a deed) is for land records; it has no discharge line. Where.
