Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The court. The Unified Judicial System's problem-solving courts list (as of September 14, 2026) records the region's veterans court under VETERANS COURTS: "REGIONAL VETERANS COURT - Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin & Perry - 2024". Mifflin County sits in the 59th Judicial District; the regional court's host is Blair County, whose own entry carries the county's $7,000.00 AOPC problem-solving court grant for FY 2025/26 and the June 25, 2026 general-fund transfer "To cover Veteran's Court expenses". The county publishes no page of its own for the court, so a Mifflin County veteran raises the court through his or her criminal case, the public defender, or Blair County Court Administration at the Courthouse, 423 Allegheny Street, Hollidaysburg. The county's own certified docket. The same state list records Mifflin County under ADULT DRUG/DUI HYBRID COURTS from 2011 - Mifflin's Treatment Court, the county's own problem-solving docket, which takes the co-occurring disorder cases and works with the same VA and community providers the veterans track uses. Entry comes through the criminal case, so a veteran or the veteran's lawyer should raise it with the court.
