Where. 125 S. Diamond Street, Suite 114, Mercer, PA 16137; 1 (724) 662-7511; [email protected]. The director is Bernard Grenier ("BJ Grenier" in the commissioners' minutes). The July 16, 2026 commissioners' minutes record his report that the office moved to the basement level that week.
The office also hosts a veterans' breakfast at the Golden Corral in Hermitage on the first Saturday of each month, which any veteran may attend. In late 2025 the page carried a notice that walk-in appointments were unavailable from November 3 to December 31, 2025, with emergency appointments by calling 724-662-7511.
The commissioners' records for the year show the office's work: the April 2, 2026 Resolution 2026-140 bought two event table covers and a 10x10 tent for Veterans Services from the Mercer County Veteran's Trust Fund Grant ("There is no cost to the County"), and the July 16, 2026 Resolution 2026-296 renewed the VetraSpec Solution licence for four users ($504.50 each), "access to Veterans' service records and benefits ... used to file all claims for Veterans and their families".
