Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The board. Tom Kreiner (Chair), Carol Duffy (Vice Chair) and Mary Wilder meet "on the first and third Tuesday of every month" (the Agendas & Minutes file list shows the Tuesday sets; the minutes record the vote "Yes: Duffy, Kreiner, Wilder. Carried 3-0"), with Chief Clerk Shawn Hutchings and Finance Director Dana Crisp at the table. The mission statement: "McKean County Government exists solely for the purpose of serving the needs of the citizens of our county. We will strive to provide quality service in all the various areas including direct services, community services, registrations and elections, assessment of persons and property, human services, emergency management, veterans' affairs, appointment of county personnel and fiscal management." The window's veteran items. The November 12, 2025 minutes, under "A. Commissioners Comments: commissioner wilder wanted to comment on the how the Courthouse looked with the green for Veterans. It was very nice, Commissioner Kreiner stated that he attended the Veterans ceremony at the Smethport Schools, it was very nice. He said he had the chance to watch on the gator network yesterday the festivities over in Port Alleghany. He said he is thrilled to see we are including our Veterans in our schools. It's a very positive thing." The May 12, 2026 minutes carry the community resource map presentation: "There is education, Veteran Affairs, medical, mental health, and much more. We do apologize if anything is left out. There is a survey on it if anyone has any updates or something we have left out on there." No other window set names a veteran, VFW, Legion, DAV, Green Light or honor-flight item, and no benefit was adopted, narrowed or repealed. The posted record. The county's Agendas & Minutes page posts the 2026 commissioners' minutes (January 2 through October 13, 2026) and the 2025 sets back to November, and the county's document library holds the Board of Equalization's 2025-2026 agendas - but no 2025 or 2026 commissioner agenda files (the gap goes to docs/COUNTY-REVISIT.md); the record above is the minutes, which do post.
