Marlborough Veterans’ Property Tax Exemptions

Marlborough’s assessor page names the exemption programs the office handles and posts the state’s biennial additional-veterans application without printing an amount; the town’s code is on eCode360 behind its Cloudflare challenge.

Also called: property tax, 12-81g, veterans exemption, assessor, Marlborough.

For: Veteran or service member.

Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The assessor page says the office handles “exemption programs for the blind, disabled, elderly, veterans who served during wartime, and disabled veterans,” and its document list carries the Active Duty MV Exemption form and the D-2 for a 100 percent permanently and totally disabled veteran alongside the state’s M-59a Biennial Application for Additional Veteran’s Exemption. No veterans’ amounts are printed anywhere on the page. The town’s code is on eCode360 (MA3220), which stayed behind its Cloudflare challenge (dubiousenvelope/vettoc issue 168). The town’s former marlboroughct.com serves a for-sale parking page and the site is marlboroughct.gov. Marlborough did not answer OLR’s 2023 survey.

Figures

Each figure is dated with the day it was read. A local figure moves whenever the statute or the local ordinance does, so confirm it with the office that grants it before you rely on it. Statute verified gives the day the weekly section check last found the statute standing on the legislature’s own code site; a figure without it rests on a statute the check does not read yet.
