The Alabama Administrative Office of Courts' map of veterans courts, revised in 2026, shows 28 active veterans courts and shades Madison County as one of them. What is not published. The AOC lists veterans courts with its other accountability courts but gives no per-court eligibility, contact or process, and the Madison County site's court information page does not mention the court. A veteran facing charges should ask a defence lawyer to raise it early, or ask the Madison County Veterans Service Office for the coordinator's contact.
