Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The Alabama Administrative Office of Courts' map of veterans courts, revised in 2026, shades Lee County as one of the active veterans courts. What is not published. The AOC lists veterans courts with its other accountability courts but gives no per-court eligibility, contact or process, and the county's own site does not describe the court. A veteran facing charges should ask a defence lawyer to raise it early, or ask the Lee County Veterans Service Office for the coordinator's contact.
