Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts' Certified Illinois Problem-Solving Courts list (updated August 4, 2025, read from the AOIC's own site) records "Kendall County Mental Health Court (Veterans Court Track)" among the certified courts, and "Kendall County Drug Court" separately. The county's own record. The judiciary's Problem Solving Courts page lists three subpages - Drug Court, Mental Health Court and "Veteran's Treatment Court Track" - and the Veteran's Treatment Court Track page itself publishes no content beyond the subpage menu: no eligibility, no team, no phases. The track's entry therefore rests on the certification; the Court Administration office (807 W John St, Yorkville, IL 60560, 630-553-4208, M-F 8:30a-4:30p) is the route for its terms.
