Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

The Department's Jefferson Parish offices serve veterans, their families and survivors. The East Bank office is at 1221 Elmwood Park Boulevard, New Orleans 70123, 504-731-4580; the West Bank office is at 5001 Westbank Expressway, Marrero 70072 (mailing 5001 West Bank Expressway, Suite C1), 504-349-5937, with officer Xuan Tran. Both are open Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The offices help with compensation, pension, education and other federal and state claims, and a veteran receiving the Louisiana Veterans Honor Medal can ask for it to be presented at the parish service office. The parish government's own site answers 403 to automated fetches, so no parish-run program is recorded beyond these state offices and the assessor and clerk entries below.
