Where it applies

Written for the jurisdictions listed here.

A collaboration between Island County District Court and Island County Human Services, the Court Program offers community members case management: screenings, assessments and comprehensive referrals for housing, veterans' services, mental health treatment, physical health, substance use treatment, transportation and vocational services. The case manager is Jacob Force, Outreach Behavioral Health Case Manager and Court Coordinator (360-678-8259), at 105 NW 1st Street, Coupeville. It is not a veterans treatment docket and it does not decide a VA claim. Island County publishes no veterans treatment docket for either its District Court or its Superior Court; a veteran whose case might qualify under RCW 2.30.030 should ask the court about transfer to a county that runs one.
